Read the full story. The raid on InfoCom took place on 6 September. The
raid required a warrant which requires "probable cause" though press
reports say that Infocom said that they can't imagine what the FBI was
looking for, and things must be based on a "bad tip".
That the raid shut down websites was temporary side-effect of collecting
data from the servers. Most websites up within hours.
Unfortunately Infocom doesn't seem to have a press release about it. But
looking at their site, they look like a good hosting company.
